Creative Inspiration Layout - Believe

Hello Everyone, Welcome to my Monday Mad About Scrappin Project and today I have another layout to share with you all. I created this using a mix of all three of these kits I received from Leanne a few months back.!

This is a really simple layout...perhaps you could even call it “minimalist” as I have kept embellishing and papers to a minimum. I really love the clean fresh feel it has. I have used white cardstock for my background as it makes everything else just pop!

Here are some close ups on the details...

I have slipped in a few embellishments from my stash...like this cute little stamped camera image.
I love these paperclips!! I have been hoarding them, but I am so glad I used it here along with the "Adventure" button/badge that you can see below.  I love these little button badges and I could be quite easily become addicted to collecting (and hoarding) them!!

The balloon and the arrows are also from my stash, but they went with the theme of the papers and blended so well that I just had to use them.
The "Believe" title is one from a previous kit.
Well readers, that is it....that's all there is....

As always thanks for stopping by.  I sure do enjoy your company. Please be sure to check out the links below to see what my other creative team mates have been up to...

Creative Inspiration Layout

Hello readers, welcome to my Monday Creative Inspiration post..  Today I have a layout to share with you using a kit from Mad About Scrappin.  I have used a selection of papers from the kit you see below.

and this is what I came up with.....

I have taken one of the doilies from my kit and sprayed it with some Lindy's Stamp Gang Ramblin Rose....Hopefully you can see some of shimmer in the photo's below.

I have added some soft baby pink cherry blossoms and an acrylic heart to embellish the little journalling spot.  The title is a diecut from a previous kit.

I also created some hidden journalling by using the glassine bag that was part of the embellishments and I have tucked a hand cut tag inside.

I have used a scrap strip left over from a previous layout and added a Kaisercraft phrase.  I then tucked both of these under one of the button badges that were also in the embellishments.  I really love using these little badges.

Well guys, I think I have covered everything. That was a pretty quick post huh?  This was such a great layout and the papers have a happy feel to them.  I also love how the black accents just make there rest of the colours pop!!.  Thanks for stopping by and as always please stop by the links below to see what my fellow creative team has to share.  Also be sure to check out what kits are available this month in the store....

Pocket Letter Madness

Have you seen these?? Have you been bitten by the bug??  I have to admit to being just a little bit addicted to these....ok to be totally honest with you all I am a LOT addicted to them, some would say OBSESSED even.  These are just sweeping the scrapbooking world (and cyber world) by storm.

These are just so perfect for all those leftovers we have....leftover bits of paper, lace and ribbon,  The odd embellishments and diecuts...plus you get to share a cuppa too!!  So today for my Mad About Scrappin Monday Project share I have four pocket pages to share with you all. Just want to send a special thanks out to Leanne for letting me do this....

To fill some of my pockets I have created some cardstock spools and wrapped lace or ribbons around them.  I have also ran some acetate through my Sizzix, using the Tim Holtz sewing room die and cut some smaller spools to wrap washi tape around.  I double up my papers in my pockets so that they are "decorated" front and back. I really like cutting all my "back" pages from one piece of paper.

I have also created my pages using just one piece of paper like this....

but also using a whole collection like these...

To me both styles look great and it really is up to you and what you want to do :) My last pocket page was created using a mix of papers from different pads that co-ordinated.

Thanks so much for joining me today indulging me with my current obsession, I hope you have enjoyed this week's project. Maybe I have enticed your to join Michelle and I over on the dark side? These pockets are just so much fun and the best part of it all is you get to make a friend and create at the same time!!   Don't forget to check out the links below for all your Pocket Letter Supplies - ooops meant SCRAPBOOKING - scrapbooking supplies!!!

Mini Album

Hi all, It 's Wednesday down here for me, which means it is that time of the week where I get to share with you all my latest creative designer project for Faith Pocock Craft Studio Ltd.  To day I have a mini album that I have created using the gorgeous Cigar Box Secrets from Prima Marketing.

This mini really took me time at all to make.  I have used one sheet of black A4 sized cardstock for each of the pages and my Zutter Bind It All to bound them together.

Each of the pages follow the same format, with a large area for a photo, a pocket with tags for journalling and photo's along with a top loading pocket that has a double sided photo mat that you can tuck some larger photos into....

I have used the A4 paper pad, 4x6 journalling tags, 3x4 journalling spots, flowers, wooden icons and the 3D stickers to embellish this album.

Well readers that's all I have for you today, thanks for stopping by and taking a look, please come and like Faith's Store on Facebook and check out all the latest goodies she has for sale by clicking the links below.
