Shabby Chic Altered Easter Eggs.

I have a reeeeaaal quick share today.  Some shabby chic themed altered Easter eggs.

These eggs started out as some polystyrene eggs that I picked up from my local cheap shop.
I have painted them with a couple of coats of gesso and then some antique white and finished off with some gesso, which I sponged on to give some texture.
Once the eggs were completely dry I decoupaged a strip of music paper on three of them and some dictionary paper on the other two.  Once they were dry I embellished with some cheesecloth, lace, flowers, lengths of crocheted chain and a small charm.

These will make great gifts for Easter!!

Well that's it....that's my real quick share...
Thanks for stopping by.....

.....till next time
