Happy Valentines Day to you all from all of us at Just-a-Few Friends.  We hope that you all get spoilt and have lotsa love lavished upon you for the whole day.

I have a quick share for you...... Below is my vintage Valentine Tag and matching heart shaped gift bag.  These were really quick n easy to do.  I was soooo inspired by these papers from Basic Grey.  I'm not exactly sure what the collection was, but I think it was Sugared....

Thanks for stopping by and I hope your Valentines Day is full of  joy, love and of course chocolate!!

.•:* UPDATE *:•.

Hello again readers....well the Pride has decided that all this waiting around was just too much....we are just so excited to share our work and the files with you that we can't wait!!  So if you prowl on over to Elsa's blog you will find all the files up and ready for you to go pounce on!!

I have a quick re-share with you all.  On the February 3rd some of you may have noticed that I posted these little votive bags...It seems I may have been a little over enthusiastic and posted them a little too soon :) Just in case you missed them here they are again.

....I have created these little votive bags....I think that is what they are called ...They are super cute and so quick to make too.  I have used some papers from Basic Grey....another collection of theirs that I have had stashed away for some time.  I cut the bags out on my cricut and added a heart cut out on the front and back.

Now be sure to go grab the SVG files Elsa has on her blog.  These files can be cut with your cricut using SCAL or MTC.

Thanks for stopping by...really appreciate all the support!! Have a great day and remember to

.•:*¨¨*:•...SCAVENGER HUNT...•:*¨¨*:•.

Helloo everyone... are you all ready to come a-hunting with the Pride??  All of us from Just a Few Friends are holding an "SVG" - Scavenger Hunt.  For you to be eligible to collect all the pieces - or files - to make up our SVG Valentine card you MUST leave a comment below between February 5th and 7th. On the 9th of February we will email out to you our relative file or pieces  for you to create a lovely Valentine card to give to your valentine.

Here is my take on the Valentine card.  I have created a twisted easel card.  It only measures 4 1/2" x 5. I have created this card fairly flat so that way it will fit in to an average sized envelope.  I have used Fancy Pants "Splendid Collection" to create this.

My layer that I have for you all is the third layer or on my card it is the pink layer.

This is the back of my card.  I have made  a little pocket out of the heart for this cute little tag to slide into.  The reverse side of the tag has a place for you to sign or declare your love for your chosen valentine!

Remember retrieve my piece of the file you must leave a comment!  Now be on the prowl as different file pieces will pop up when you least expect it and you must be ready to .•:*¨¨*:•.POUNCE!!.•:*¨¨*:•.      Happy hunting!!

The Pride Celebrates Valentines Day

Hey Ladies and welcome back to my den of scrappiness and to The Pride's second prowl. We have some wonderful Valentine creations this month that we hope will bring the romantic kittykat out in you all(purr-purrrrr).  We have a little something extra prowling your way this month.  We are going a-hunting....a scavenger hunt to be exact... soooooo make sure to stop by again on the 5th., to join myself and my sister Lionesses in a "hunt".  Make sure you leave a comment on all our blogs to let us know you have been on the prowl!!. So without any further ado....

Here is my first project, a 6x6 Easel card using our red and pink colour theme.  I have used some old papers from Kaisercraft....their "Flutterby" collection I believe.  I have had these papers in my stash for a while now and always found those beautiful butterflies tooooo hard to cut ;) However I am sticking to my 2012 resolution to use my stash and cut that paper!!

I have used my cricut to cut the back ground mat and also "I Love You".

My flowers are some cherry blossoms that I changed the colour with glimmer mist and some pink sherbert alcohol ink from ranger.  The bling is from Recollections.

Well bloggers this is my first project......please stop by my scrappy den again over the next few days to see what else I have created.  Now please prowl on over to my fellow Lionesses to see what they have to inspire you.
